A.P.O.S. Certified Professional Shiatsu Operator (Professional Association of Shiatsu Operators and Teachers)

After receiving acupuncture sessions for many years and making numerous trips to the East, I gradually approached the holistic world.

Shiatsu fascinated me from the beginning, and so I decided to follow a professional path in this discipline.

On 27 March 2011 I obtained the Shiatsu Operator Diploma at the Hara Shiatsu Center in Cesena, an A.P.O.S. trust school.
The training course lasted 3 years, for a total of 700 hours: lessons, documented practice, master’s degree and internship.

On August 4, 2010 I obtained the certificate of the Thai Massage course.

On January 27, 2016 I obtained the Jin Shin Do® Acupressure Diploma, at the Body Mind Center in Brescia, issued by Jin Shin Do® Foundation, Idyllwild California USA.

On 11 June 2017 I obtained the certificate of the II level Plantar Reflexology course at the Hara Shiatsu Center in Cesena.

These training courses made me discover how Shiatsu and Jin Shin Do® are interesting not only as a professional stimulus, but above all as a philosophy and life choice.
